Heard Mr.Bajrang Singh Thakur for petitioner and Mr.Venkat Raghu Ramulu for respondent.

The CRP is directed against the order dated 16.03.2012 in CMA No. 15 of 2009. The learned Senior Civil Judge through the order under revision allowed the CMA and set aside the order in I.A. No.138 of 2008 in O.S. No.58 of 2008 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Tandur.

On 20.07.2012, this Court directed status quo obtaining as on that date with regard to possession of the properties shall be maintained until further orders. The order is subsisting as on date. Keeping in view the order dated 20.07.2012 though a serious attempt is made by learned counsel appearing for respondent to persuade this Court to look into the merits of the matter, this Court is convinced at the stage when the suit itself is ripe for trial, examining the merits is unnecessary.

The interim order dated 20.07.2012 is made as final order in the CRP and the CRP is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
