THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.15611 OF 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the official respondents in not registering FIR against the unofficial respondents basing on the complaints lodged by the petitioner on 11.06.2018, 25.01.2019, 04.02.2019.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the petitioner has already filed a private complaint before the Magistrate Court and the same was returned seeking certain queries, but, without complying the said objections, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. Learned Counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy available to him against return of the complaint.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy as may be available to him under law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
