HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Grievance of the petitioner is that she is entitled to the benefit of Special Promotion Post Scale-IA on completion of eight years of service, whereas the benefit was granted from the later date and same is not valid in law. 2.

The issue whether petitioner is entitled to ask for earlier to the date, on which she is granted SPP-1A Scale is yet to be considered by the competent authority. Thus, at this stage, the Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition, without expressing any opinion on merits, directing the respondents to consider the request of petitioner for advancement of her claim for grant of SPPS-1A as requested in the representations dated 16.11.2015 and 26.11.2016 and pass appropriate reasoned order as warranted by law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is needless to observe that if petitioner is not satisfied with the reply, she can work out her remedies. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ___________________________ JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO kkm
