THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.4431 OF 2017 ORDER:
This Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.140 of 2017 on the file of the II Town Police Station, Ananthapuram, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 405, 420 and 427 IPC 2.
Mr.Banda Prasad Rao, learned counsel representing the 2nd respondent submitted that the police investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet on 08-06-2017. The learned Magistrate has taken the case on file and numbered it as C.C.No.927 of 2017.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, the purpose of filing this petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, this order will not preclude the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Petition shall stand closed.
