Sri V. Roopesh Kumar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the appellant, addressed a letter, dated 23.03.2018, to the Registrar (Judicial) requesting to place the matter before the Court, so as to seek permission for withdrawal of the appeal on the ground that the dispute was settled out of Court.

2. In view of the same, permission is accorded and the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn having been settled out of Court.
