This revision is preferred against the order, dated 10.04.2018, of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Mancherial, in E.A.No.42 of 2018 in E.P.No.59 of 2018 in R.C.C.No.1 of 2015, which was passed in a petition filed by the petitioner therein under Rule 109(2) of Civil Rules of Practice for advancement of EP. The court below allowed the petition and advanced the hearing of the E.P. i.e., to 10.04.2018. The appellant comes before this court assailing the said order.

Heard both the counsel.

The counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to explain as to what benefit would accrue to him if the impugned order is set aside when the date to which the EP is advanced has already reached and the hearing had already taken place. Hence, this court opines that the cause in this petition does not survive. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
