This transfer writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to grant and release family pension payable to the applicant as per Pension Payment Rules from the date of the death of her husband P.Suryaprakasam, i.e., from 9.8.2011 onwards, including arrears of family pension from 9.8.2011 onwards till date by declaring the inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent in not granting and releasing the family pension to the applicant as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, discriminatory, and violative of Article 14 & 19 of the Constitution of India and also violative of principles of natural justice.

As seen from the docket, there was no representation on 14.06.2017 and to give one opportunity, the matter is listed today under the caption "for dismissal".

Today, though the matter is listed under the caption for dismissal, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the transfer Writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition (TR) shall stand closed.
