THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.28697 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This petition for a writ of habeas corpus is filed by the brother of Thammisetty Bala Veera Swamy seeking his production. Learned Assistant Government Pleader representing the learned Advocate General, State of Telangana, produced F.I.R.No.321 of 2016 on the file of Khammam II Town Police Station, registered under Section 379 IPC in relation to which Thammisetty Bala Veera Swamy was arrested on 24.08.2016 and produced before the learned I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Khammam. He was thereupon remanded to judicial custody.

In the light of the afore-stated developments, we find no cause to adjudicate the present writ petition.
