HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO W.P.No.8243 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents 1 to 4. This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in suspending the authorization of the petitioner vide proceedings dated 2.2.2015, as arbitrary and illegal.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the authorization of the petitioner was suspended without issuing any show cause notice and on trivial charges.
On the other hand, learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies submits that the impugned order was passed pending enquiry and it does not require any interference.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer, Tekkali, Srikakulam District, to conduct enquiry and pass final order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
