Learned counsel for the first respondent is present. As per the note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the above suit on 09.12.2016.

In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
