THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.25293 of 2016 O R D E R :
Petitioner's grievance is that the 3rd respondent is making illegal constructions and in spite of a complaint dt.22.06.2016 made by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent, no action is being taken by the 2nd respondent.
2. Sri S.D.Goud, Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent states that a notice under Section 452(1) Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 was issued to the 3rd respondent on 22.06.2016.
3. Since the grievance of the petitioner is thus redressed, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action in accordance with law, after giving notice to the 3rd respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
