HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.15450 OF 2019 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of respondent-police in calling the petitioner and his parents to police station at the behest of 5th respondent and her parents without following due process of law.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that basing on the complaint of 5th respondent, a case in Cr.No.84 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2) (n), 417 and 420 IPC on the file of Annasagar Police Station on 22-07-2019 and respondent-police never pressurized the petitioner to settle the matter and to pay amount to the complainant.
On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent-police are calling the petitioner to the police station.
Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail remedies against registration of crime. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
