THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2503 of 2015

ORDER :

This contempt case is filed by the petitioners to punish the respondent for willfully not implementing the orders of this Court in W.P.No.24487 of 2009 dated 18.03.2015.

2. This Court directed the Joint Collector, Chittoor, Chittoor District, to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders with reference to assignment of land by duly taking note of the Board Standing Orders.

3. Today, when the matter is called, learned Government Pleader produced proceedings in ROC No.E6/5262/2010 dated 04.04.2016 issued by the Joint Collector, Chittoor, Chittoor District.

4. In view of the orders passed by the Joint Collector, Chittoor, in compliance of the directions issued by this Court, this Contempt case need not be proceeded further.

5. Accordingly, the Contempt case is closed. It is always open to the petitioners to work out their remedies, if so, advised against the decision of the Joint Collector dated 04.04.2016. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
