This revision case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C.

assailing the orders dated 18.02.2011 in Crl.M.P.No.4033 of 2011 in C.C.No.54 of 2011 passed by the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Proddatur, Kadapa District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this revision shall stand closed.
