This civil revision petition is filed questioning the docket order dated 19.07.2021, passed by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Mahabubnagar, in I.A.No.230 of 2021 in O.S.No.40 of 2021, refusing to extend the ad-interim injunction granted earlier. 2.

Heard both sides.

Having heard learned counsel for both the parties and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered view that it is appropriate to extend the ad-interim injunction granted by the trial Court.

Therefore, this revision petition is disposed of, extending the ad-interim injunction granted by the trial Court, till the next date of listing the suit i.e. 13.09.2021. The trial Court shall hear both sides on the next date of hearing on the interlocutory applications and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
