HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.15425 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction on the part of 3rd respondent in registration of crime on the complaint dated 25-03-2019 lodged by the G.P.A. holder by name Mohd.Bin Siddiq, representing the petitioners.

Though, the matter was adjourned thrice for want of instructions, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home again seeks time. He also states that letters were addressed to respondents thrice, but there is no response. It shows the attitude of respondents in responding to the Court matters. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to take appropriate action on the complaint lodged by GPA holder of the petitioners, in accordance with law. Communicate a copy of this order to the Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda for taking necessary action against the concerned for not giving instructions to Government Pleader for assisting the Court.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
