THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7855 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioners' grievance is that petitioner had filed applications dt.03-11-2012, 08-11-2012 and 31-12-2012 seeking assignment of agricultural land and house site invoking G.O.Ms.No.185 Revenue (Asn.I) Department dt.11-03-1997 and G.O.Ms.No.181 Revenue (Assignment.I) Department dt.15-02-2006 before the 2nd respondent and that the 2nd respondent had not passed any orders thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that 2nd respondent will consider the said representations within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the above representations submitted by petitioner for allotment of agricultural land and house site as per the above mentioned Government Orders within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
