THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos. 2566 & 2569 of 2018 COMMON ORDER:

This two Civil Revision Petitions, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners challenging the Orders dt. 10.04.2018 in I.A.No.615 of 2016 and 514 of 2016 passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate and Special Assistant Agent to Government (Mobile Court), Bhadrachalam.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the question, which falls for consideration in these Petitions, is squarely covered by the Order of this Court in CRP No. 5007 of 2017, dt. 17.11.2017. Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons recorded therein, these two Civil Revision Petitions are also allowed on the same lines to that of CRP No. 5007 of 2017, dt. 17.11.2017.

With the above direction, these two Civil Revision Petitions are allowed, setting aside the impugned Order dt. 10.04.2018 in I.A.No.615 of 2016 and 514 of 2016 on the file of Sub Divisional Magistrate and Special Assistant Agent to Government (Mobile Court), Bhadrachalam,. However, these matters are remanded to the Court below with a direction to decide the petitions, in accordance with law, after following due procedure and ignoring the report of the Tahsildar dt.21.03.2018, afresh, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. No order as to costs.

The Registry is directed to append the copy of CRP No. 5007 of 2017, dt. 17.11.2017 to these petitions.

The miscellaneous petition, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
