Learned Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the Investigating Officer in Crime No.501 of 2020, pending on the file of Station House Officer, Keesara Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, on completion of investigation referred the same as 'lack of evidence' on 06.07.2020 itself. He has furnished written instructions of Sub-Inspector of Police, Keesara Police Station and the same are placed on record.

In view of the said instructions, this Criminal Petition is closed granting liberty to the 2nd respondent to file protest petition.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
