This civil revision petition arises out of order, dated 09.02.2017, in I.A.No.635 of 2016 in O.S.No.62 of 2016 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Gajuwaka.

At the hearing, Mr.G.Rama Gopal, learned counsel for the petitioners, has submitted that the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication.

The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. 4.
