Heard. With the consent of both counsel, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Father of the petitioner while working as part time sweeper in Primary School, Harizanwada, Mahadevpur Mandal, Karimngar District, died on 25.04.2015. Mother of the petitioner submitted application on 03.10.2015 to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Karimnagar (5th respondent) praying to grant appointment on compassionate grounds to her son by relying on the orders of the Government in G.O.Ms.No.118 Finance and Planning (FW.PC.III) Dept., dated 18.09.1999. Petitioner also submitted representation on 22.04.2016 to the 5th respondent. 3.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner no reply is elicited from them and petitioner has made to suffer on account of loss of bread winner and not providing appointment. 4.

Since the issue is not yet considered by the competent authority, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this stage. Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and his mother for provision of compassionate appointment, pass appropriate orders and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
