HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.1 3 1 6 6 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - The complaint of the petitioner is that despite the letter addressed by the 1st respondent/the Commissioner, Chilakaluripet Municipality vide proceedings Roc.No.43951/2017/G1, Dated 14.09.2017, no action has been taken by the 2nd respondent. For redressal of the grievance of the petitioner herein, he submitted a representation on 22.01.2018 to the 2nd respondent. According to the petitioner, for formation of WBM Road connecting from Veluru Road to Pedanandipadu Road with S.C.Sub Plan Grants, the municipal authorities took the land of the petitioner herein and by way of above said proceedings, the 1st respondent requested the District Collector/2nd respondent to pass Orders permitting the Municipal Council, Chilakaluripet to acquire 291 Sq.Mts., of land for development of the road as per Section 174 of A.P.Municipalities Act, 1965. According to the petitioner, despite the said proceedings, no action has been taken by the 2nd respondent/District Collector so far.

Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this Court, in the facts and circumstances of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the 2nd respondent/District Collector to take appropriate action pursuant to the proceedings Roc.No.43951/2017/G1, Dated 14.09.2017 of the 1st respondent/the Commissioner, Chilakaluripet Municipality, and complete the process, as expeditiously as possible.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
