1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner / A.4 in Cr.No.266 of 2010 on the file of Station House Officer, Dharmavaram Urban police station registered for the offence punishable under Section 498-A of IPC. At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties have settled the matter outside the Court and hence no further orders need be passed in this petition.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly this petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
