When the matter was called on 03.11.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners, as such, this Court adjourned the matter by two weeks. On 25.11.2015, when the matter appeared in the list, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners, as such, this court directed the matter to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 02.12.2015 i.e., today. Even today, when the matter is called, none appears for the petitioners. This indicates that the petitioners have no interest in prosecuting the writ petition. In view of the above, writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
