THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CML REVISION PETITION No.1O96 OF 2O2O ORDER:

This revision, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/defendant, requesting to direct the lunior Civil Judge at Alair, to dispose of 1.A.No.203 of 2Ol7 in O.S.No.48 of 2077 pending on its file, expeditiously.

2. Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioner/defendant, learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner/defendant filed I.A.No,203 of 2OL7 in O.S.No.4B of 2077 under order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of CPC seeking ad interim injunction before the Court below. Though the said application was filed in the year 2077, it is not yet disposed of by the Court below. 4.

As per the material placed on record, the said I.A was filed in the year 2017. Much time has been elapsed. By this time, the Court below ought to have disposed of the said Interlocutory Application.

Under these circumstances, the Court below is directed to dispose of I.A.No.203 of 2077 in O.S.No.4B of 2077 pending on its file within Fifteen(15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petltions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
