HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.15536 OF 2017 ORDER:
The petitioner challenging the pattas granted in favour of respondents 6 to 10 in respect of Plot Nos 1-1-1 to 1-1-23 in Sy.No.348/1, total admesuring 1760 square yards situated at Jagathgirigutta, Qutbullapur Mandal, Medhcal District. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that as per G.O.Ms.No.58, dated 30-12-2014 alternative remedy is available to the petitioner against grant of pattas to the Joint Collector. As such, the writ petition cannot be entertained. But the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and no copies of pattas are filed.
In view of the same, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy before the Joint Collector as per G.O.Ms.No.58, dated 30-12-2014. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
