None appeared for the petitioner, despite the matter being listed under the caption "for dismissal".

The petitioner is challenging the order passed by the 1st respondent-Authority under the A.P. Shops and Establishments Act, 1988 & Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Hyderabad in S.A.No.32 of 2001 dated 21.06.2002 modifying the order passed by the Assistant Commissioner of Labour, whereby a sum of Rs.14,180/- was awarded as compensation in favour of the 2nd respondent-workman, and awarding a sum of Rs.80,000/- in favour of the 2nd respondent-workman as compensation in lieu of reinstatement.

It is noticed that this Hon'ble Court, at the time of admission, was pleased to grant interim suspension of the impugned order subject to the condition that the petitioner deposits Rs.30,000/- within a period of six weeks. The only issue before this Court is in respect of the balance amount of Rs.50,000/- to be paid to the respondent-workman. A perusal of the case would disclose that the petitioner could not point out any grave irregularity or illegality in the impugned order. Until and unless a grave irregularity or illegality is pointed out, it is difficult for this Court to interfere with the impugned order. Since this Court is of the view that the 1st respondent has rightly passed the impugned order in favour of the 2nd respondentworkman and no grave irregularity or illegality has been pointed out by the petitioner, the Writ Petition fails and is, accordingly,
