THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.15504 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is disposed of with the consent of both the parties, at the admission stage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the issued raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.45653 of 2018 dated 15.12.2018 and contends that the present writ petition be disposed of in terms of the above said order directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization of her services in terms of the decision rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Secretary, State of Karnataka and Others Vs. Umadevi1.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents had also not disputed the said contention.

Therefore, for the reasons alike, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization in terms of the decision rendered in Umadevi's case (supra) and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
