HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13651 OF 2018 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioner is that while he was working as Home Guard he was issued show cause notice dated 25.01.2017 for which the petitioner also submitted explanation dated 20.05.2017. But, the respondents are neither passing any orders on the explanation nor allowing the petitioner to duties. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services.

Having issued show cause notice and even after submission of explanation by the petitioner, it is not known why the competent authority is not passing any orders. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to consider the explanation of the petitioner and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks and take action accordingly. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
