The State Of Andhra Pradesh, v. M.Radhamma,
HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.A.No.921 OF 2015 PC: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the parties have fairly stated that we need not record reasons in the order that we propose to pass and that they have agreed for passing the following order.
"A part of the order dated 25.08.2015 passed in W.P.No.24523 of 2015 whereby the 3rd appellant (3rd respondent in writ petition) was directed to deposit costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with the Secretary, Legal Services Authority, High Court at Hyderabad, is set aside. The costs deposited by the 3rd appellant with the Legal Services Authority is directed to be refunded to the 3rd appellant. Rest of the order dated 25.08.2015 remains unaltered. As observed in the impugned order, it is open to the 3rd appellant to issue fresh notice to petitioner (i.e., respondent No.1 herein), if he intends to proceed against her". Appeal is disposed of.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand disposed of.
