HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18630 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the 3rd respondent in disposing of the application dated 19.11.2015 filed by the petitioner under Form -6A, prescribed under the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, for grant of pattadar pass book and title deed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, produced endorsement dated 16.05.2016 rejecting the application of the petitioner on the ground that the subject lands are assigned lands.

In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the endorsement dated 16.05.2016, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
