It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue involved in these Writ Petitions is squarely covered by the order of this Court in Writ Petition No.39011 of 2015 dated 02.12.2015 and that a copy of the same is also placed on record.

In view of the above, following the order, dated 02.12.2015 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.39011 of 2015 and for the reasons recorded therein, these Writ Petitions are also allowed in terms thereof.
