Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner claims that she owns Acs.0.14 guntas of land in Survey No.492 of Nedergul Village, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. She applied for conducting of survey through F-Line application, acknowledged by TSTSC on 20.04.2019. Alleging inaction on the said application, this Writ Petition is filed. 3.

The averments in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition would show that the total extent of land is Acs.10.39 guntas, whereas presently petitioner is in possession of only Ac.0.14 guntas of land. In the facts of this case, it cannot be said that there can be survey confining only to Ac.0.14 guntas of land. 4.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Tahsildar shall consider the application filed by the petitioner and issue notice to all the persons whose names are reflected in the land in Survey No.492 of Nedergul Village, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and in their presence conduct survey. This exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
