This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare letter, dated 27-12-2011, of respondent No.4, cancelling the petitioner's allotment of Plot No.32, Industrial Park, Machilipatnam, Krishna District, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents not to allot the said plot to third

parties.

This case came up before this Court on 03-092015 for admission. As no one represented the petitioner, the case has been adjourned to today for being posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Accordingly, the case is posted under the said caption.

Today, at the commencement of the Court proceedings in the morning, Mr.V.Raja Manohar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that he has left the office of Mr.Bojja Tarakam, learned Senior Advocate, after handing over all the files including the present file and that therefore, he has no instructions. Mr.Penumaka Venkat Rao, who is also on record, has also not appeared during the hearing.

As the petitioner has not made any alternative arrangements, it is reasonable to presume that it is not interested in pursuing its cause in the Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.Nos.7403 and 12431 of 2012, filed by the

petitioner for interim relief, are disposed of as infructuous.
