This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C., to withdraw O.S. No.666 of 2014 from the Court of XII Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam and transfer the same to the Court of I Additional District Judge, Kakinada, East Godavari District. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to file fresh petition if so advised. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.

Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
