The petitioner complains against the inaction of the 3rd Respondent on his online application in Form-6(A) dated 08.01.2017 seeking grant of E-Pattedar Pass Book-cum-Title Deed, and for mutation of the petitioner's name in land revenue records for his agricultural lands at Goguladinne Revenue village in Markapur Mandal, Prakasam district.

At request of Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, time was granted from 13.04.2017 to today. Today, the Assistant Government Pleader places on record written instructions of 3rd Respondent, dt.15.04.2017. According to the written instructions, the recording authority rejected the request of petitioner for mutation of his name and the same was communicated to petitioner on 03.04.2017. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for petitioner does not press the writ prayer and seeks liberty to challenge the rejection order dated 03.04.2017.

The statement is placed on record, and the writ petition is dismissed by granting liberty to challenge the rejection order dt. 03.04.2017, as prayed for.
