Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.
Petitioner claims that he succeeded to the land to an extent of Ac.0.40 cents in Survey No.568-3A, an extent of Ac.0.38 cents in Survey No.126-2, an extent of Ac.0.80 cents in Survey Nos.126/4 and 126/5 and an extent of Ac.0.118 cents in Survey Nos.128-2A, 2B and 3A situated at Chittiguduru Village, Gudur Mandal, Krishna District and he is entitled to mutation of his name and issuance of pattadar pass book and title deeds. According to the petitioner, representation was made to the Mandal Revenue Officer (MRO), Gudur to mutate his name in the revenue records, but the MRO refused to receive the application. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition.

Copy of representation is filed which shows the date on which such representation was made but the said representation was not made through website. No application is filed through online. Even without availing the remedies available under the A.P. Record of Rights in Land Act, 1971, this Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to mutate the name of the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is, therefore, misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to
avail such remedies available in law notwithstanding the dismissal of this Writ Petition. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed. ____________________ (P.NAVEEN RAO, J) 24th April 2018 RRB
