This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff, challenging the order, dated 29.03.2019, passed in I.A.No.1103 of 2018 in O.S.No.298 of 2015, by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Medak at Sangareddy, whereby, the petition filed by the revision petitioner/ plaintiff under Order XXVI Rule 9 read with Section 151 of C.P.C. for appointment of Advocate Commissioner to survey the land in Survey No.135 situated at Pothireddypally Village, Sangareddy Mandal, Medak District and to demarcate the suit schedule land and fix the boundaries with the help of tippan, was dismissed.

Having argued for some time, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner/ plaintiff submits that the revision petitioner/ plaintiff intends to file an appropriate application seeking demarcation of the land in Survey No.135 situated at Pothireddypally Village, Sangareddy Mandal, Medak District and therefore, this Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed as not pressed, reserving the liberty as sought for.

Under these circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed, granting liberty to the revision

petitioner/ plaintiff as sought for. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
