O R D E R

Aggrieved by the action of the 2nd respondent - Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, represented by its Principal, in not permitting the petitioner, who is pursuing Dual Degree (B.tech + M.Tech), to write 2nd semester examination of the 2nd year on the ground of shortage of attendance, the present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education submitted that in a connected W.P.No.36474 of 2018 filed by the petitioner for permitting her to write 1st semester of 5th year, this court i.e., 08.10.2018, gave liberty to the petitioner to make necessary application to the competent authority and the said authority was directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law. In view of the same, the present writ petition is also disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to make necessary application to the competent authority and the said authority is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
