ORDER

Challenging the Award dated 18.12.2007 passed in I.D.No.38 of 2006 on the file of the Labour Court-I, Hyderabad, directing reinstatement of the 1st respondent into service with continuity of service, without attendant benefits and back wages, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the petitionerCorporation submits that pursuant to the said Award, though the 1st respondent was reinstated into service, he was again removed in the year 2010. Later, he passed away.

In spite of taking time on 29.8.2016, the legal representatives of the 1st respondent are not brought on record. In the circumstances, the Writ Petition stands abated. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
