COMMON ORDER:
Since the issue raised in all these writ petitions is similar, they are being disposed of by common order.
In these writ petitions, petitioners challenge the order of the Depot Manager, repatriating them to their parent region. When the matter is taken up, both learned counsel for petitioner Sri.P.Venkateshwar Rao and learned standing counsel for respondent corporation Sri P. Durga Prasad, submitted that the issue raised in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P. 1511 of 2017 and batch dated 16.2.2017 allowing the writ petition. In the circumstances, following the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.1511 of 2017 and batch dated 16.2.2017 and for the reasons recorded therein, the impugned orders are set aside and accordingly, writ petitions are allowed. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
