When the matter was listed on 07.01.2016, this Court ordered the petitioner to take steps for correction of cause title. But no steps have been taken by the petitioner for amendment of the cause title as per the aforesaid order till today.

In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed for not amending the cause title, granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
