Learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise stated that already bar license was granted to respondent No.7 and therefore, the cause in this writ petition does not survive and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the issuance of the bar license to respondent No.7, if he so desires. There shall be no order as to costs. 3.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
