Heard Mr. L.Vishnu Prasad, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Energy appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 and Mr. R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counse! for TSSPDCL appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 4.
2. The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under:
to issue a Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the respondents in not processing the applications for release oF electricity connections to the petitioner's building premises bearing H.No. 14-l-2lO/46, admeasuring 79 sq.yards, situated at JP Nagar, Parvath nagar, Allapur Village, Kukatpally Mandal, Medchal Malkajgiri District as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and consequently direct the respondents to receive the application for the electricity connections and release the power supply with required meters without any further delay and to pass such other

It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on beharf of respondent Nos.2 to 4, that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order oF this Court dated 26.04.2024 passed in W.p.No.11361 ot 2024, hence, the writ petition could be disposed of in terms of the order of this Court dated 26.04.2024 passed in W.P.No.1136I of 2024.

Bringing the said submission of both the learned counsel on record, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider the petitioner's application dated O4.O5.2O24 seeking to release electrical service connection to the petitioner,s building premises bearing H.No.
admeasuring 79 sq. yards, situated Parvath nagar, Attapur Village, Kukatpalty Mandal, Medchal Malkajgiri Distract and pass appropriate orders on the application submitted by the petitioner, in L4-L-2LO/46, at JP Nagar, I
wP 14966 2024 accordance to law, within a period of four (4) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
