In these two revision petitions, the issue for consideration is, whether the 2nd defendant, Sri V. Venkat Reddy, in the suit in O.S.No.748 of 2001 on the file of the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Warangal, can represent the 1st defendant i.e., Ramachandra Mission, Shajahanpur.

The plea of the petitioners/plaintiffs to permit the substitution of name of person, who can represent the 1st defendant, was not acceded to by the trial Court. Before the trial Court, it is the specific assertion of Sri V. Venkat Reddy that he is authorized to represent the 1st defendant in all respects. This fact was also taken note of by the trial Court, while rejecting the applications filed before it. 3.

Along with the counter affidavit in C.R.P.No.2467 of 2018, Sri Venkat Reddy also enclosed the authorization letter dated 04.07.1995 given to him by Ramachandra Mission authorizing him to represent the said Mission in all civil litigations. 4.

In view of the same, the controversy is now set at rest and the 2nd defendant in the suit can represent the 1st defendant. However, as the letter dated 04.07.1995 is not part of the record before the trial Court, learned counsel for the petitioners insists that the same shall be produced before the trial Court. 5.

Learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 states that on behalf of defendant No.1 steps shall be taken to produce letter

dated 04.07.1995 before the trial Court in O.S.No.748 of 2001 to make it part of the Court record.

The said statement is accepted and recorded and in view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in these Civil Revision Petitions.
