ORDER

Challenging the inaction of the 4th respondent in investigating into the complaint and filing final report in Cr.No.235 of 2016, dated 28.10.2016, the present writ petition is filed.

A counter-affidavit is filed by the 4th respondent stating that the Assistant Commissioner of Police, after conducting enquiry, found that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was 'false due to lack of evidence' and the same was intimated to her through notice. Thereafter, he filed a final report before the VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, vide SR No.582/2017, dated 9.3.2017.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to avail remedies available to him under law.
