THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 46120 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondent No.2 in interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and unofficial respondents and pressurizing the petitioner to pay the amounts due to the unofficial respondents. Learned Government Pleader for Home submits that on the basis of complaint given by one G.Ashok, respondent No.3 herein, on 01.09.2016, Crime No.126 of 2016 was registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC. The petitioner was shown as Accused No.1. The investigation revealed that the petitioner collected amounts promising to provide job in Singareni Collieries Limited in the place of his brother-in-law, who died. Basing on the same, the petitioner was arrested on 09.01.2017 and was sent to judicial custody. The present writ petition was filed only to escape from investigation. The other allegation with regard to the harassment was denied by respondent No.2.

In view of the above facts, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. It is needless to observe that the police will follow due process of law in pursuance of registration of the above crime.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
