THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 9217 of 2015 ORDER:
It is the case of the petitioner that his grandfather owned agricultural lands in an extent of Ac.36-00 guntas in various survey numbers of Gajinagar village, Devarakonda mandal, Nalgonda district, and his name was also reflected along with his grandfather's name in the revenue records in the year 1954-55 and thereafter his grandfather's name was removed and certain entries were changed in the year 1994-95 in the revenue records by the then MRO without the knowledge or consent of the petitioner. The petitioner states that there was a partition among the family members by virtue of which certain extents of lands fell to the share of the petitioner.
He states that he made several representations to the revenue authorities stating his possession and enjoyment of the lands that fell to his share, and also brought to their notice the discrepancies in revenue records. He states that he made an application in Form-VI(A) on 22.08.2014 for issue of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of his lands, and followed it up with several representations, but his application is not acted upon till date.
2. Learned counsel for both the parties submit that the matter in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.37635 of 2014 and batch.
3. This Court, by a Common Order dated 12.12.2014, disposed of the W.P.No.37635 of 2014 and batch, observing as follows:
"The petitioners have submitted the Applications in Form VI (A) on 15.07.2013 to the recording authority, the Tahsildar, Varadaiahpalem Mandal, the 4th respondent herein. Therefore, the 4th respondent shall deal with the Applications of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, within a maximum period of three months, at any rate, before the end of March, 2015."
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner submitted in Form VI (A) on 22.08.2014 and
pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of three months, at any rate, before the end of July, 2015. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
