THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.4371 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Revenue and the learned Government Pleader for Forests. With consent of all the counsel, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

2. The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents 2 to 4 in not releasing the report of joint survey conducted on 22.12.2015 and the action of respondents 5 and 6 in not providing protection to the agricultural lands of the petitioners in Sy.Nos.185/1, 270/1 of Dharamraopet Village, 406/100/1, 562/1, 562/1 of Khanapuram Village, 625/1, 56/3, 92 of Budharaopet Village, 1/1/85/1 to 195 of Pocharam Village of Khanapur Mandal, Warangal District as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct respondents 1 to 4 to release the report of joint survey conducted as per letter of Tahsildar dated 16.12.2015 and take necessary steps to protect the above lands of the petitioners.

3. Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts her prayer seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to provide a copy of the report of joint survey which was conducted on 22.12.2015 in the presence of the writ petitioner.

4. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue and the learned Government Pleader for Forests, state that they have no objection for furnishing a copy of such report.

5. Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to furnish a copy of the report of joint survey conducted on 22.12.2015 at the earliest preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
