Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
2. Petitioner complains that his revision petition filed before the second respondent on 09.03.2015 against orders in ROR Appeal No.A3/4547/2013 dated 16.01.2015 is not being numbered and not being taken up for hearing.
3. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue has since received instructions submits that the said revision petition of the petitioner was returned with some objections as to cause title etc., and, as such, petitioner has to first rectify the defects so that the revision petition could be numbered and then a date for hearing could be fixed.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would take necessary steps to resubmit the revision petition after complying with the defects.
5. In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to resubmit the revision petition after complying with the defects pointed out and thereafter if the revision is in order, the second respondent shall number the revision by fixing a date for hearing and dispose of the same expeditiously after notice to all the parties concerned in accordance with law.
As a sequel the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
